Yep. I’m doing my taxes, folks. So, in an attempt to balance out all the negative energy around here I’m having a sale. On everything. All of the things at worthygoods textile are on sale. Just ’cause. Between this sale, the caramel in my coffee and my Pandora 80’s radio station, I’ve just given this previously-drudgey weekend a Dory-style makeover. Yep, Debbie Debb and I are singing the same song, “Look out weekend, cause here I come. Because weekends were made for fun.”
Take that tax paperwork monster.
Now you’ve got 80’s prices, Pat Benetar hair and caffeine buzz.
I’m getting off-track here with the Princess Bride reference. Ahem. So! I’ve got a whole bunch of spoolishness coming your way in the form of a printable download.
Wait. You didn’t get enough sewing puns in my last post?
Well, have no fear, my dears.
Just click all that pun-i-liciousness and print it out. Grab your scissors, cut out the ribbon ‘strips’, then wrap each around a wooden spool and secure for a most unique (and waaaay too simple to be this cute) Valentine.
Looking for some of those wooden spools? Find them here, in the shop.
How fun is this, folks? A little something for those of us who might have an affinity for fiber. And pens. Ahem. With this guy there won’t be any question as to just whose pen it is. It’s YOURS. And you can find it here.
These are new, too.
Or rather new-ish.
Look familiar? If you’ve been a fan of worthygoods textile for awhile, you may have seen these before. A little something for your holiday decor, or craft arsenal, or just for the usual hoarding. Find these jolly spools here.
Other wooden do dads have been re-stocked and beefed up. My studio shelves and crates are sighing with the bobbin bounty, I can hear them from here.
More like struck silly with the adorableness of these three spooks by Cortney of indigotwin holiday. Her personality-filled whimsical folk art is handmade in her studio from paper or polymer clay, no molds, folks! Every little detail is one of a kind.
